Optimized Nitrogen Wave Soldering with the SEHO Tunnel Design

SEHO worldwide is considered as pioneer in soldering in a nitrogen atmosphere. Due to the special geometric form of the tunnel, SEHO developed a nitrogen technology which operates absolutely efficiently and, above all, with low maintenance.

Using gas jets in the soldering area, the nitrogen circulates through the tunnel. This displaces the oxygen from the process chamber. The oxygen as well as the by-products from flux evaporation are exhausted at the infeed and exit in a defined manner.

The special advantage of this technology is that there is no need for complicated vacuum locks. A high quality, low-oxygen soldering atmosphere is obtained in an extremely short period of time – for perfect soldering results and outstanding soldering quality.
