Seminar WAVE SOLDERING

This one-day wave seminar provides comprehensive theoretical and practical training on the wave soldering process. Participants will explore key process parameters, learn to identify and correct common soldering defects, and gain valuable tips for optimizing soldering results. A strong focus will be placed on the importance of machine conditions, with practical instruction on effective maintenance to improve solder quality and reduce production costs.
In addition, attendees will be trained in the professional use of software and analysis tools to enhance system performance.
Hands-on sessions with the PowerWave system with PC control ensure practical experience with all critical system components.
Seminar SELECTIVE SOLDERING

This one-day selective seminar offers comprehensive training on the selective soldering process, including an overview of different methods, key process parameters, and common soldering defects with strategies for optimization. This part of the seminar delivers general and applicable knowledge for all users. A major focus is placed on machine precision and the role of regular maintenance in improving soldering quality.
Through extensive practical exercises, participants will gain hands-on experience in handling all parts of a selective soldering system. Dedicated sessions are available for PowerSelective and SelectLine systems.
Additionally, the seminar covers the Offline Teach Program (OTP 2), used accross SEHO selective soldering systems.
We are offering limited sessions on October 9th for any customer wanting to run their assemblies on our systems.
