Three days of exciting activity, inspiring connections, and overwhelmingly positive feedback: NEPCON Asia 2026 in Shenzhen was a great success for SEHO. The highlight at our booth was undoubtedly the new SelectLine-S, which celebrated its official market premiere in Shenzhen.
From October 27 to 29, we joined forces with our partner Heller Industries to showcase the latest solutions for electronics manufacturing. With the market debut of the SelectLine-S, we clearly struck a chord with industry professionals.
Developed specifically to meet the requirements of the Asian market, the new selective soldering system attracted considerable attention and received excellent feedback from visitors.
Our many conversations with customers, prospective customers, and industry experts confirmed one point: There is a strong demand in the region for flexible, cost-efficient, and reliable selective soldering processes.
SelectLine-S: German Engineering Meets Local Manufacturing
With the SelectLine-S, we are expanding our portfolio specifically for the Asian market. The system combines the best of both worlds: SEHO’s extensive process expertise and German engineering, with local manufacturing in China by our partner Heller Industries.
The all-in-one concept integrates fluxing, preheating, and soldering within minimal footprint:
- Precise flux application: A German-engineered microdrop fluxing system with automatic cleaning and monitoring ensures reliable process results.
- Efficient thermal management: Top and bottom preheating provide optimal temperature profiling while keeping energy consumption low.
- Parallel processing: Up to four assemblies can be processed simultaneously, enabling short cycle times.
SmartSplit: Higher Throughput Without Additional Hardware
One of the standout features of the SelectLine-S is SmartSplit technology. It intelligently distributes soldering tasks between two independent soldering units, even when processing different assemblies.
The practical advantage: While one soldering unit processes an assembly, the second can already perform another soldering task on a different assembly.
This minimizes idle times, improves equipment utilization, and can nearly double throughput.
Combined with a high-performance control system, intuitive programming, and a modern user interface, the result is a solution designed for high productivity and straightforward operation.
