This will be your tasks.
- Technical and organizational management of financial accounting.
- Responsibility for the correct processing of all current business transactions (asset, cash, bank, accounts receivable, accounts payable and group accounting).
- Ensuring proper account management and reconciliation.
- Control of payment transactions and responsibility for dunning.
- Monitoring and maintenance of master data in the accounting department.
- Carrying out advance VAT returns and statistical reports.
- Responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB in cooperation with tax consultants and auditors.
- Contact person for tax and financial accounting issues within the company.
- Participation in the further development and digitalization of accounting processes.
That you should bring with you.
- You have completed commercial training with further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d), balance sheet accountant (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally also initial management experience
- You are very familiar with tax law and the German Commercial Code.
- You work confidently with common accounting software (e.g. Diamant) and use Excel routinely on a day-to-day basis.
- Your way of working is characterized by diligence and accuracy.
- Very good language skills in German and English round off your profile.
